Ingredients
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Pinch salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a mini chopper and purée until smooth. If you don’t have a mini chopper, finely chop the chipotle pepper by hand and mix everything together in a bowl.
  2. Season to taste with more salt and more adobo sauce to suite your spiciness level.
